GENERAL
-By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described in here.
- Give clear/detailed reference, pose, accessories, outfit, concept, etc, especially if its an original character.
- Slightly NSFW is ok
- You will get result in .png transparent or/and .jpg files
- You will get the result as what you order
- Don't use the artwork to AI Training or NFT related
- You're abe to use the result work for personal use, such as social media post, photo profile, banner, printed work, etc as it's not for sales. Streamer/Vtuber are welcome to use it as YT/Twitch thumbnail or social media (details info below)PAYMENTS
- Via Paypal or Vgen for International
- Via QRIS, Gopay, DANA, BRI for LocalsREVISIONS
3x minor revisions, after the sketch approved
For Skeb, Client doesn't have any right to revise, except for the character design related mistakes such as, color or character detailDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Turn around time 5-14 days depending on queue and the service you pick
- Feel free to ask about the status/process of your commission through DM
- For SKEB/Surprise Me, Client can choose whether they want to be informed about the work progress or only receive the final result
- I will inform you if your commission will be delayed
- If clients doesn't respond within 2 days after the progress or the final result provided, the work will be continued/mark as completedINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
For Personal Use, client are welcome to use them for personal purposes such as social media post, photo profile, banner, printed work, etc as it's not for sales. Streamer/Vtuber are welcome to use it as YT/Twitch thumbnail, schedule art, banner or social media post.Then, there 2 types Commercial Licenses :
a. Digital Commercial License
Allows use for:
-Membership wallpaper
-Illustrations for music videos (MV)
-Streaming overlays, emotes, or other digital assetsb. Full Commercial License
Includes everything in the Digital Commercial License plus:
-Merchandise production and sales (Keychain, artprints, enamel, etc.)
-Use in products that will be resold after being modified or integrated (e.g., coded stream widgets, game assets, etc.)
Ownership Licenses need to be discussed.b. Full Commercial License

REFUNDS
Refunds are to be discussed with me first and will only be accepted as long as if:
1. Not started the work
2. Has exceeded the Client's set deadline that both agreed upon with either no work to show (100% refund) OR partial work to show 30%-75% refund depending on work stage)COMMUNICATION
